Iran Threatens to Strike Haifa

According to World Israel News, on Monday, October 23rd, an Islamic Revolutionary Commander warned they are ready “without hesitation” to strike Haifa. Iran warns that if Israel continues to carry out air strikes against Hamas’ positions in Gaza, they will launch a missile attack against Israel’s third largest city. Haifa is one of Israel’s major industrial centers on the northern seacoast. See map.

As this happened, several leaders of the Palestinians on the West Bank (biblical Judea and Samaira) praised Hamas for its attack against Israel on October 7th. It is reported that at least 58 percent of the Palestinians in Gaza also support Hamas and are calling for the destruction of Israel. This should open the eyes of the world to recognize that the Palestinians are not a viable peace partner with Israel.

It seems that the enemies of Israel in the Middle East are no longer hiding behind half-truths to blind the world into thinking the Islamic world wants to make peace with Israel. It is evident that we are about to witness a major eruption of war in the Middle East.


Israel’s only path to real, lasting peace will not come until Messiah Jesus comes to establish His kingdom. Only then will the Lord make wars cease (Psalm 46:9). Please pray for Israel and her soldiers as they stand on the front lines against Islamic warriors who are seeking to take control of the nations. This is the beginning of the major storm that will lead the world into the Tribulation Period. Prepare your soul to meet the Lord. Be ready for the shout that will take us out!

Iran’s Ring of Fire

The liberal west does not know it, but our world is in the middle of a religious war that is about to engulf all nations. While living in a godless culture, the masses and the leadership of the West are blinded toward the deception of radical Muslim elements. These elements currently seek to be political partners with them in the United Nations. The Communist and Socialist leaders believe they can temporarily support the Islamic war efforts to eradicate the United States and Israel. Then, they must think they can subjugate the Muslim world and establish a godless socialist New World Order. However, it is apparent that the West is in the process of moral and spiritual bankruptcy. All the major nations of the West are on the verge of economic collapse. When the Western nations internally collapse, it will leave Islamic forces to rule the World. This conclusion is supported by the prophetic Scriptures.

I believe there is overwhelming biblical evidence to conclude that the coming Antichrist and his global kingdom will be an Islamic kingdom, with its headquarters in the Middle East. According to Revelation 17-18, the Antichrist and his kingdom will be controlled by a very powerful religion that is in the desert (Revelation 17:3). This religion will hate Christians and Jews and will kill them by decapitation (Revelation 20:4). This conflict between the forces of the Antichrist and Israel will be the conclusion to the historical conflict in the book of Genesis between Ishmael and Isaac, and Jacob and Esau.

There are many Islamic groups that are working toward the establishment of a global Islamic kingdom. However, at the forefront of these efforts is the nation of Iran. Since the revival of the rise of Radical Islam in Iran in 1979, Iran has continued to call for the annihilation of the nation of Israel. Iran is recognized by many nations as the leading sponsor of terrorism in the Middle East and around the world. The Iranian supreme leader, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has repeatedly called for the destruction of Israel. In April 2018, he lashed out at Israel, calling the Jewish state a “cancerous tumor’ of the region that must be “removed and eradicated.”

In the last few decades, Iran has established it proxy Islamic terrorist groups in a ring of fire, surrounding the nation of Israel. See the map with this article. As you look at this map and reflect upon the events that have transpired in the Middle East since October 7th, it is very apparent that Iran has begun to make its final move to annihilate Israel. Iranian backed terrorist groups in Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, the West Bank, and Yemen are all prepared to join each other in a multi-front war effort to overwhelm and defeat Israel. All of this is happening while it is being reported that Iran is very close to the development of several nuclear weapons.

As we watch these developments, we must remember that the Bible tells us what is about to take place. (1) We are watching the continuation of a campaign of “wars and rumors of wars” against Israel (Matthew 24:6). (2) We will see how the keeper of Israel will protect and defend His people (Psalm 121:1-8). (3) We will see the developments that will cause the West to collapse and make way for the rise of political Islam to take control of the world. This will not fully materialize until the beginning of the Tribulation Period (Revelation 6:1-8). (4) At any moment the church will rise to meet Jesus and be snatched out of this world in the Rapture.

We must rejoice that our God is sovereign and is directing the nations toward His divine conclusion. Read Daniel 4:34-35. May the Lord give us wisdom to know how to pray. Be bold for the Lord and proclaim the gospel. Keep listening for the shout that will take us out!

A Lesson from Israel’s war with Hamas

The Growing Thirst for Violence

Many people around the world where shocked and moved to tears when they heard about the atrocities Hamas committed against Israel on Saturday, October 7th. What kind of person can callously kill innocent people and then dismember their bodies and laugh about it? One eyewitness of the events in southern Israel was hiding for a while and escaped the brutal attack of her own family in their home. When she came out of hiding, she looked out a window and saw the terrorist standing near a car. She reported that they were smoking and laughing about what they had just done! This clearly indicates that these terrorists have no conscience and have no respect for human life. People like this are a great danger to society. Israel has avowed to destroy Hamas.

Most English-speaking people do not know that the word Hamas is a Hebrew word which means “violence.” Violence describes the very essence of who these people are. It is a violation of one of God’s 10 commandments. God has commanded, “Thou shalt not kill” (Exodus 20:13).

When God created human government after the great global flood, He made it clear that the foundational responsibility of human government is to protect human life. God said, “Who sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man” (Genesis 9:6). The reason for this divine response was due to the reign of murder and violence prior to the flood. Before the flood came, God said to Noah, “The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them, and behold, I will destroy them with the earth” (Genesis 6:13). Therefore, God has commanded capital punishment to be a vital part of government’s divine responsibility to deter violence and murder. In the New Testament, this is reiterated in Romans 13:1-7. Speaking about government, Romans 13:4 says, “… for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.”

According to the Bible, the government of Israel is commanded to wage a war against the terrorist party of Hamas. It is their biblical moral responsibility! Hamas is committed to the complete annihilation of the Jewish state of Israel. This is clearly stated in their charter. It has ingrained this into the minds of their children (see photo). Hamas has murdered their own people. They use innocent Palestinians as human shields against the Israeli bombs that are aimed at Hamas’ military infrastructure. Therefore, Israel has every right to defend its own people and call for the complete liquidation of these brutal murders. God has repeatedly used His people to defeat evil nations. In Jeremiah 51:20, He said to them, “Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms …”

It is sad to note that there is a growing presence of evil that is escalating around the globe. Many of these people love evil and promote murder. When people choose Hamas over Israel, this is clearly at act of rebellion against God. This serves as a clear indication that the global culture is increasingly becoming evil. It loves evil. It promotes evil. The Antichrist will be the personification of evil, lawlessness, and violence (2 Thessalonians 2:8). When he appears, the world will love him and worship him. It is apparent that that day is rapidly approaching.

Hospital in Gaza Struck by Missile

 

On Tuesday, October 17, a missile struck the Al Ahili hospital in Gaza, killing hundreds of people. Immediately, Hamas and other Arab Islamic media sources begin to accuse Israel of this brutal and barbaric act. Israeli intelligence has produced the evidence that the Israeli forces did not strike the hospital. Instead, it was accidentally struck by a missile fired behind the hospital by the Islamic Jihad Terror Organization. This photo shows that as they were launching missiles at Israel, one of the missiles misfired and struck the hospital. Many of the missiles and launchers, like the ones pictured below, were manufactured in Gaza and a not precise weapons of war. It is estimated that about 20 percent of the missiles they attempt to fire into Israel fall short of their intended target, many falling in Gaza.

The war against Israel is not just being waged on the battlefield, but also in the global media centers. Those who hate Israel are proud to lie and promote these fabricated stories to make Israel the villain instead of themselves. It is a well-established fact that Hamas has used innocent civilians to shield their warriors from the retaliatory strikes of the Israelis. The fact that these terrorist forces were firing these missiles near this hospital in Gaza is a case in point.

10-19 War Update

As of this moment, Israel has not yet begun the ground invasion of Gaza. This invasion was to have begun several days ago. Why the delay? Iran’s threat to attack them if they invade Gaza is forcing Israel to prepare its forces in the north against a major attack by Iranian-backed forces, Hezbollah, in Lebanon. This military terrorist group has been preparing for a major attack against Israel for many years. It is reported that they have 150,000 missiles they are ready to launch against Israel when given the orders from Iran. It is thought that Israel may also be planning a pre-emptive strike against Hezbollah’s positions in Lebanon before they begin the ground invasion in Gaza. Furthermore, Israel may also be planning a daring rescue mission to free the 203 hostages being held in Gaza. The removal of these hostages from Gaza would make Israel’s ground invasion less complicated. Pray for Israel and its leaders as they contemplate these options.

As you pray, consider this, the world is asleep and does not know that a religious war is being waged against all nations. The radical leaders of Islam, being led by Iran and others, are promoting a religious war against all “infidels” (non-Muslims). Israel is on the Front lines of the global war against radical Islam. What happens in this war will impact the entire global population.

“Israel is at the forefront of the global war on terror. While America’s adversaries are 7,000 miles away, ours are less than 7,000 feet away. This is a battle between civilization and barbaric terrorists who want to fundamentally change the way we live. If Israel does not succeed, the whole world will be forced to suffer the consequences because terror organizations across the globe will be emboldened and inspired. The free world must unequivocally support Israel just as it is united in the fight against Al-Qaeda and ISIS” (Israel Today, October 18, 2023).
