The Israeli Defense Force

In Israel’s war with Gaza, we have been faced with many false rumors and lies about the Jewish people. The enemies of Israel, those who hate Jews and God, are filled with hate and delight to twist the truth to lure people into a web of evil. The Bible teaches that the enemies of Israel are the enemies of God (Psalm 83). More than 4,000 years ago, the Lord called the Jewish people into a special relationship with Him (Genesis 12:1-3). He called them to be His unique witnesses to display Who He is. He gave them the highest standards of moral conduct in the law of God, which are summarized in the 10 commandments (Exodus 20:1-17).

Israel’s army is called the Israeli Defense Force (IDF). Notice the word defense. If the world would take the time to read the Bible and to examine the pages of modern history, they would discover that the Jewish people are a people who love life and love people. They treat people with great respect, believing that human beings have been created in the image of God. When the IDF enters into battle they carry with them the moral foundation they have been taught in their homes and in their synagogues. There is no other army in the world that can make this claim.

I have been to Israel many times. I have witnessed the incredible respect and care that is offered to those who live in Israel. Unfortunately, those who hate Israel and are attempting to kill them must be treated differently. The Jewish people have the right to defend themselves against those who want to annihilate them. This is why their army is called the Israeli Defense Force.

Israel is a Blessing

The Lord promised Abraham that Israel would be “a blessing” to the nations (Genesis 12:2-3). In these last days, God continues to keep His promise. The Jewish nation of Israel is standing tall among the nations. It is a global leader that promotes real freedom, security, and peace. The world does not view Israel in a positive way. We must remember that we live in a world where good has become evil, and evil has become good. The enemies of God and Israel are wicked and promote deceptive lies against God and His people.

Today, Israel is leading the world in the fight for civilization. They are fighting the battle against the evil nations that are promoting Islam and communism. We are deeply indebted to them for leading the war against radical Islam and socialism.

I recently discovered an article by Gatestone Institute entitle “Israelis: The Heroes of our Time.” This article communicates the truth about Israel’s fight for freedom and democracy. Here are a few paragraphs from that article.

“The people of Israel are peace-loving. They do not eagerly seek to join battles, they do not desire to destroy and kill. Even so, they once again find themselves forced to defend their homeland, their faith, and their right to live in peace. Perturbingly, they are besieged by those who deny their right to exist. Terrorist organizations, such as Hamas and ISIS, in contrast, appear to be driven by aggression, at times even a lust for violence, believed by many to be divinely sanctioned.

“Notwithstanding immense peril to themselves personally, and their unprecedented commitment not to endanger anyone’s life unnecessarily, Israeli soldiers defend not only their ancestral place but also the core freedoms and the right to a home that frames Western civilization itself. At this time, however, Israelis seem to be alone in their task, and continually faced with obstacles their so-called allies place in the way of swift victory.

“The defenders of Israel are courageously overcoming challenges to their nation, their land and their faith. Israel is the only country in that part of the world embodying the institutions of democracy, individual freedom and human rights. Israel, like Ukraine and Taiwan, is worth fighting for. The citizens of Israel are sacrificing their lives so that we will not have to. The least we can do is get out of the way and be of help. They are heroes. The United Nations is Unfit to Lead the World

The International governing body of the nations, the United Nations, continues to prove that it is unfit to have any authority over the nations. After the accidental death of Iran’s president, Ebrahim Raisi, in a helicopter crash in Iran, the UN has announced it will pay tribute to the memory of Raisi on May 30, 2024 in the General Assembly Hall. Raisi was known in Iran as “the butcher of Tehran.” He was a murderer with a lot of innocent blood on his hands.

It is tragic to note that this same body of international leaders still refuses to condemn Hamas’ attack upon innocent Israeli civilians on October 7, 2023. When people praise murders but condemn their innocent victims because they are Jews, it is a clear indication that these leaders cannot be trusted to make critical decisions concerning the lives of the nations. They have made evil good, and good evil. The Bible condemns such diabolical actions. The Bible declares, “Woe to them that call evil good, and good evil” (Isaiah 5:20).

The world is at war with God (Psalm 2). The Bible teaches that the world will be united against Israel when the end of this age comes. We have arrived at that point in history. God has promised that He will not forsake His people – Israel. When Christ returns to this earth, He will destroy the enemies of Israel as He fights for His people (Zechariah 14:1-3, 12). This evil generation is rushing toward its divine appointment with the Holy One of Israel.

Manipulation by Mass Migration

Why is the Biden Administration so adamant about having an open border policy? Why has he allowed millions of illegal immigrants to infiltrate our national southern border? The truth is, the liberal socialists in this country realize this is another way to destroy the old America and recreate a new America that will adopt the socialist/Islamic agenda of the New World Order. Both history and common sense tell us that an open border policy is dangerous. One of the chief responsibilities of any good and faithful leader is to defend and protect his country. The basic way to do this is to seal and control the borders to keep out the enemies who want to infiltrate to destroy and create disorder, bringing about the ultimate demise of that country.

One of the evil tactics of the New World Order is to first break down the present order of sovereign nations and all of people’s attachment to their culture and world order. This present order was set in place by God with the judgment at the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11. The people of the world in Genesis 11 were united against God. They wanted to defy God’s order to multiply and spread out over all the earth (Genesis 1:28). In this revolt against God, they wanted to unite and create a new order that would worship other gods. The purpose of the tower was to view and chart the heavenly stars and planets and worship them (Isaiah 47:12-13). They believed that the order of the stars and planets held the secrets to life. They worshiped the creation rather than the Creator (compare Romans 1:20-23). So, God judged them and stop their agenda. They all woke up one morning and were speaking different languages. Along with this language barrier, the people were separated from one another and formed different cultures and nations.

Now, in a similar way, the evil leadership of the world is attempting to reverse the consequences of God’s judgment at the Tower of Babel. Once again, they are worshipping the creation – “mother earth.” Furthermore, they want to reunite the people of the earth and make them one in a rebellion against God and His laws (Psalm 2). Speaking of this evil agenda, God told Daniel, “They shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave to one another” (Daniel 2:43).

I highly recommend that you watch the link at the end of this article. It is a documentary produced by Epoch News about the mass migration taking place at the U.S. southern border. This film is very eye-opening. It reveals that the U.S. government and the United Nations are encouraging, aiding, and financing the movement of millions of people traveling from South America across Mexico into the United States. This is all a part of their evil strategy to destroy the United States. When people are mixed with different languages and customs, while worshiping other gods, it will destroy the sovereignty of that nation. This is an ancient tactic that was used by the godless and ruthless leadership of the Assyrians 2700 years ago. After the defeat of the 10 northern tribes in Israel, the Assyrians deported most of the Jewish population and imported various Gentile people groups to weaken the region of northern Israel. Their plan worked. The result was the mingling of the Gentiles and Jews to create the Samaritan people, who were part Jewish and part Gentile. It was Satan’s attempt to weaken the nations (Isaiah 14:12) and destroy the message of God coming from His chosen people, Israel.

As believers in Jesus Christ and His ambassadors, we need to be aware of the deceptive agenda of our evil leaders. Please join me in prayer for our nation and churches. As spiritual watchmen on the walls of America, we need to sound the warning of these developments.

U.S. Betrayal of Israel

In recent months, since the fatal day Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, we have seen the Biden administration betrayal of our greatest friend and ally, Israel. Israel is more like the old America than any other nation on the face of the earth. Both nations are supporters of freedom and a political form of democracy. Most importantly, both nations have honored the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Both nations have had a justice system that is based upon the Judeo-Christian foundation of ethics founded upon the law of God in the Bible.

In reality, the U.S is now acting more like an enemy of Israel, rather than its friend and ally. In the three terms of the Democrat administrations of President Barak Obama and President Joe Biden, the U.S. has begun to subtlety change its relationship with Israel. Do not listen to what these presidents have said about Israel. Look at their actions and policies. These administrations have made the enemies of Israel the allies of the U.S. They have made Israel the new enemy. This is clearly illustrated in their support of the evil regime of Iran, which has consistently declared for more than five decades that their Islamic leadership is committed to the complete annihilation of the Jewish nation of Israel. This was clearly illustrated with the direct attack of Iran upon Israel a few weeks ago.

In recent days we have witnessed the refusal of the Biden administration to support Israel with the military aid its needs to finish the job of destroying the dangerous Hamas agents who killed, raped, and committed indecent and demonic atrocities against innocent Israeli citizens living near the Gaza strip on October 7, 2023. The Islamic terrorist who are war with Israel, Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthis in Yemen, are all backed, trained, and supported by Iran. On May 12, the Biden administration demanded that Israel cease its attack upon Hamas.

The Biden administration is sending mixed signal concerning its support of Israel in its war against the Iranian backed proxy terrorist groups. Biden has said that he supports Israel and has demonstrate that in many ways. When Iran attacked Israel, the U.S. was actively involved in shooting down many of the Iranian missiles before they reached Israeli airspace. However, for political purposes, Biden is attempting to appease many democrats in Washington who are clearly antisemitic. He is clearly playing a dangerous game of deceit in his policies and actions with Israel. This is hazardous for the U.S. and is sending the wrong message of weakness to the enemies of Israel and the U.S.

The most fatal flaw of the policies of the current U.S. administration is the attempt to join the world in demanding Israel to give up a large portion of their Promised Land and Jerusalem for the creation of a Palestinian terrorist state that has demonstrated for decades is sworn to the destruction of the Jewish state of Israel. Israel currently refuses to give in to these international demands because they view this as suicide. The Palestinians on the West Bank have verbalized their support for Hamas.

The U.S. and the entire world are at war with Israel over a tiny piece of property that God gave to the Jewish people in an everlasting covenant 4,000 years ago (Genesis 17:7-8). In essence, those who oppose and curse Israel will be opposed and cursed by God (Genesis 12:3). In an amazing passage in Jeremiah 30, the Lord communicated to Israel that He will not destroy Israel (Jeremiah 30:11) but will terminate all the nations who attack or opposed His people in the last days (Jeremiah 30:16).

Finally, in Jeremiah 30:22-24, God said to Israel, “And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. Behold, the whirlwind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked. The fierce anger of the Lord shall not return, until he hath done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it.”

God has promised that any nation who opposes the Jewish occupation of the holy city of Israel will be crushed by Him (Zechariah 12:3). God has declared that any military attack against Israel and Jerusalem will be “smitten” by Him (Zechariah 12:4). Speaking of these last days, the Lord has warned, “I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem” (Zechariah 12:9).

It is not an accident that in the last few months President Biden’s policies against Israel are bringing a powerful response from God. Look at all the natural disaster that are taking place in the U.S. – violent record-breaking storms producing flooding, hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. These storms are destroying American homes, farms, factories, schools, etc. At some point this could cause the collapse of the insurance agencies in the U.S., driving up insurance premiums beyond what is affordable.

All that is happening is the hand of God fulfilling His promises of judgments (plagues) upon those who oppose Him and His will for His people, Israel. Psalm 148:8 declares that “fire, and hail, now, and vapors; stormy wind [fufill] his word.”

Dear friends, we are just beginning to feel the hand of God’s judgment upon America. He is calling us to repentance. He is calling us to submit to Him and His divine will. He is saying to the leaders of the world, “Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him” (Psalm 2:10-12). If we do not repent, America will be crushed by God!
