The Assassination of Charlie Kirk

Those of us who love God, the Bible, family, and all that is good, are mourning the violent assassination of Charlie Kirk. For many people in this nation and world, they knew who Charlie Kirk was. He was a godly man who fearlessly stood up for what is right. He testified that he loved God, his children, and wife. He loved America. He knew that the youthful generation of America was travelling down a dangerous and deadly path. He feared for the future of America. Therefore, he was killed because he loved God and all that is pleasing to God.

The brutal death of Charlie Kirk is a commentary on the youthful American culture. We are living in a culture that is far away from God. They do not know God. They do not what to know about God. They are in rebellion against God and His laws (Psalm 2:1-3). The Bible is clear that when a culture reaches this tipping point, they are ready for the wrathful judgment of God. God is holy. He created mankind to love, honor, worship, and serve Him. God does have a toleration point. Think about the days of Noah and the fiery judgment of Sodom and Gomorrah. God loves man and has warned Him in His divine revelation that man must choose the path of life, rather than the path of death (Deuteronomy 30:15-20). God has not changed, and His Word is unchanging and eternal.

When a culture reaches the point when they reject God and love only self, they are destined to damnation. This culture will rebel against God and His laws. They love evil and hate good. Therefore, they attack those who promote God and good. Psalm 11:2 says, “The wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.” In Romans 1, a godless culture is one that suppresses God’s truth and destroys their conscience. At the heart of this wicked defiant rebellion against God are those who become “haters of God” (Romans 1:30). Furthermore, these fools are “despisers of those that are good” (2 Timothy 3:3).

At the very heart of civilization are God and His law. When the nations depart from God and His law, they are in a mode of self-destruction. Read Psalm 11:3-7. We are living in a world that hates the Jewish people and loves Hamas, a violent hater of the God of the Bible. God gave us our Savior and His Word through the Jewish people. While the nation of Israel is not perfect, it is a nation that celebrates life and is committed to protecting their people from a people and religion that are committed to their destruction. This battle for the Jewish people and their Promised Land is the final battle that will end man’s rule over God’s creation.

Jesus Christ is coming. He will rule the world with a rod of iron. He will not tolerate any rebellion against His law. His law will go forth from Jerusalem and He will teach His ways to all nations (Psalm 2:2-3). Rebels will not be tolerated! Violence will end!

The murder of Charlie Kirk demonstrates that our global culture is near its end. The righteous Judge is about to unleash His fury against the rebels on earth. God and good will rule on this planet for 1,000 years!

Come Lord Jesus! Come quickly! We are waiting for your return. We are longing to see your face! “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10).

Be listening for the shout that will take us out!

Forcing Palestinian Statehood

Europe is threating the beginning of a process of recognizing a Palestinian State on the West Bank [Biblical Judea and Samaria] on September 22 at the United Nations. In face of this threat, the Israeli cabinet is set to formally annex most of the West Bank to head off this action. Now the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is saying that if Israel does this it will be the end of a Palestinian State and therefore the end of the Abrahm Accords. UAE is warning Israel that this would be the end to Middle Eastern integration of the Arabs with the Jewish state. This is what U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants to achieve for their legacy. Both men firmly believe this is the path to peace in the Middle East.

It appears that Israel is faced with a major critical decision. Looking at the prophetic Scriptures, it would appear they will vote to go forward with the Abraham Accords. According to Isaiah 28:14-22, the Israeli leadership will accept a dangerous peace agreement to avoid a major war. This covenant will be opposed by the religious Israelis. According to Isaiah, this will lead to the final war that will attempt to annihilate Israel. This covenant is the covenant of the Antichrist.

The Arabs, especially, Saudi Arabia, are faking a peace agreement with Israel for the sake of the economic gains that will accompany this temporary truce with Israel. According to Daniel 11:39, the Antichrist will “divide the land for gain.” The Hebrew word used by Daniel is speaking of “monetary gain.”

All of this is pointing to an imminent decision by Israel and the Arabs for the signing of a false peace covenant for seven years that will begin the Tribulation Period (Daniel 9:27). Daniel indicates that Antichrist will deceive many as he magnifies himself and declares a peace that “shall destroy many” (Daniel 11:25).

Friends, it appears that we are about to witness the final global deception that will drive the Israelis to accept a deadly peace agreement with their Arab/Islamic neighboring nations. This covenant could be only a few weeks or months from now.

Could it be that the decisions in the next few days leading to the critical consideration of a Palestinian State on September 22 will set the stage for the covenant of the Antichrist? If so, it is not a coincident that the very next day, September 23 [remember Israeli time is seven hours ahead of EST in the U.S.] is the beginning of the Feast of Trumpets in Israel. Many conservative Biblical scholars believe it is very likely that the Rapture of the church will take place on the Feast of Trumpets.

Get ready for the shout that will take us out! Hallelujah!

Muslim Hatred for Jews

The West does not know what the war in Gaza is about. It is not about Hamas or the millions of Palestinian Muslims living in Gaza. At the heart of this war is the survival of the Jewish nation of Israel. It is a well known fact in the Middle East that the overwhelming majority of Muslims around the world hate Israel and the Jewish people. This is not a struggle for patriotism. It is a holy war for the global control of the world in the name of the Muslim God – Allah.

This was recently the subject of more than 150 prominent Muslim scholars that gathered at a conference in Istanbul Turkey to discuss the war in Gaza. For these clerics, the war did not start with Hamas’s invasion of Israel on October 7, 2023. It began, so they claim, when Israel unjustly attacked the Palestinians and Hamas the next day. For them, Israel is not fighting a war to defend itself against Islamic aggression. This war, they claim, is about the removal of the nation of Israel and killing all the Jews in the Middle East. They stated, “Gaza is not only a Palestinian issue; it is an issue of the entire Ummah [Islamic nation] and a just human cause that no one has the right to abandon. … [The] interpretation of Sharia laws and international humanitarian principles suggests that it is fine to sacrifice as many Palestinians as necessary for the sake of murdering Jews and destroying Israel. … it is obligatory for every capable Muslim in the Islamic world to wage armed jihad against the occupation in Palestine.” – worldisraelnews.com

This is why Israel knows it must destroy Hamas. If Hamas survives, it will be like waving the proverbial red flag in the face of a bull. It will only encourage them and many others throughout the Islamic world to joyfully continue to support the offensive struggle against the Jews. No appeasement or peace treaty will stop this conflict. It will not end until the King of Kings returns to settle this matter.

The is the war the Bible predicted would come in the last days when the Jewish people would return home to their land. Bible believers must remember that it is God who called the Jewish people to return to the land that God gave to them forever. In Ezekiel 36:24 God says, “For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.” The previous context of this verse in Ezekiel 36 predicted that the Muslim nations surrounding Israel would passionately reject the Jewish return to their homeland. The Bible claims the Arabs would declare that the lands of Israel “are ours in possession” (Ezekiel 36:2). God says, they “have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey” (Ezekiel 36:5).

We are watching a Biblical war unfolding before our eyes. Don’t choose sides against God. This is about His people, His land, and His divine will. God has affirmed His love for His people and land many times in the Bible. In Jeremiah 31:3, God said to Israel, “I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore, with loving kindness have I drawn thee.” God made this declaration to Israel when they were in rebellion against him in the days of the prophet Jeremiah. Just like a father loves his children when they are wayward, so God eternally loves His people. This love is a part of His eternal, unchanging love that is rooted in His holy nature.

The enemies of Israel that seek to destroy it, are also the enemies of God (Psalm 83:1-8). When you hate Israel, you are hating God! When you curse Israel, you are curing God (Genesis 12:3).

We live in a world that hates God and everything that God has chosen. The world has entered the final battle with God. Stand with Him! “If God be for us, who can be against us” (Romans 8:31)?

The Gathering of the Nations Against Jerusalem

According to the prophetic Word of God, the final act of the nations that will seal their doom will be their desire to take Jerusalem from the Jewish people. From the very beginning of the modern state of Israel, the world has been united against the Jewish people in their desire to own and occupy the city of Jerusalem. The Arab/Islamic nations of the Middle East are currently demanding that Israel surrender East Jerusalem (the original Biblical Jerusalem) to the Palestinian for the capital of a Palestinian state on the heartland of the Promise Land that God gave to His people 4,000 years ago.

In a few weeks, the leaders of the nations are set to recognize a Palestinian State with Jerusalem as its capital. Many of the leaders in the West are blindly stating that this is the only path to peace in the Middle East. The Australian Prime Minister recently stated that this move would “break the cycle of violence in the Middle East and bring an end to the conflict.” Leaders like this are ignorant of the history of the Middle East, and the passionate hatred of the Arab/Muslims toward Israel. From a Muslim perspective, there will never be peace in the Middle East until the nation of Israel is destroyed and every Jew is killed. And, according to the Bible, that will never happen!

According to the Bible, the Lord is allowing the nations to foment their hatred toward His people and His land. Ultimately, this hatred will lead to the demise of all nations at the end of the Tribulation Period. While speaking to the Jewish people about the end of this age, the Lord has said, “Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy” (Zephaniah 3:8).

In Zechariah 12:1-4, the Lord declared that when the end would come, Jerusalem would become “a cup of trembling” that would intoxicate the nations, causing them to foolishly come against the City of God. The Lord added that Jerusalem would become a “burdensome stone” that would crush the nations. Thus, the entire process of the world’s defiance toward a Jewish Jerusalem would come about because of the world’s spiritual “blindness” and “madness.” This demonic stupor of the world is settling upon all nations at this very hour!

The world does not know that the Jewish people, the Promised Land, and the city of Jerusalem are at the heart of God’s perfect will and plans for the last days. The Lord has declared, “I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy” (Zechariah 1:14). Speaking to the nations about Israel, God has said, “he that touches you toucheth the apple of [God’s] eye” (Zechariah 2:8). God calls the land of Israel “the holy land” (Zechariah 2:12). That simply means that God has set the land of Israel apart from all other nations. It is set apart for His divine purposes. As a statement of His unchanging sovereignty, God has declared, I “have set my King upon my holy hill of Zion” (Psalm 2:6). The unchanging destiny of the Jewish people, their land, and Jerusalem are held in the hand of God Almighty!

Nothing can stop God’s eternal plans. They will come to pass. All those who act in defiance against these plans will be destroyed by the King of Kings on the last day of the Tribulation Period (Revelation 19:11-21).

The world’s plans to declare a Palestinian State on God’s land and His city will open the door to seven long years of divine judgments against the nations. The world is filled with a hatred for God, His Messiah, His Word, and His people and land. They do not know it, but they are knocking on a door that will usher them into the wrathful judgments of God. It could begin this September. Everything is in place.

Before that door is opened, the Lord will come for His bride, the church. Be ready for the shout that will take us out!

A New Middle East Emerges

An examination of the post-war results of Israel’s 12-day war with Iran indicates we are watching the emergence of a new Middle East. For 46 years Iran has destabilized the nations in the Middle East. Iran continued to flex its evil muscles to gain superiority and exert complete control over the nations of the Middle East. Iran wanted to use its position in the region to control the world and prepare the way for their Islamic Messiah and his evil global kingdom. From their perspective, they have not given up on this goal. At some later point, they will join Russia, Turkey, and other Islamic enemies of Israel in the Gog and Magog invasion of Israel mentioned in Ezekiel 38.

Iran and its proxies were defeated by Israel in 20 months since October 7, 2023. Before Hamas’ invasion of Israel, it appeared that Iran and its proxies had the nation of Israel in a death grip that would by all human perspectives eventually lead to the demise of the only Jewish nation in the world. Now that the death grip has been annihilated, not only Israel, but the entire Middle East can breathe a temporary sigh of relief.

About three years ago, Iran signed a defense pact with Russia and China that promised they would help defend Iran against any future aggression. When Israel attacked Iran on June 13, all of Iran’s allies stood by and offered no support. Hamas, Hezbollah, Syria, the Houthis in Yemen, Russia and China did not come to Iran’s aid. In 12 days, with the help of the United States on the last day, Iran and its allies were completely silenced.

This defeat of Iran and its allies is sending political tremors throughout the Middle East and around the world. Israel is emerging as the moral global superpower. In this war on evil, Israel was the only nation that stood up to the Islamic global threat. Furthermore, in the Middle East Israel is viewed as the regional military superpower. The nations of the Middle East have learned that they cannot depend upon the United States as a stable ally that can be trusted. During the Obama and Biden years, the Arab nations of the Persian Gulf felt betrayed by the United States. The U.S. democrat administrations did not attempt to stop Iran’s march toward nuclear weapons. Tragically, they funded Iran’s nuclear ambitions.

There is a current feeling in the Middle East that while the U.S. has a strong and reliable administration, the Middle East needs to create a foundation of security that will outlast the growing concerns of inward division in the U.S. These concerns are fueling an urgent need to expand the Abraham Accords that began in 2020 under the leadership of President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamen Netanyahu.

It is apparent that there will be an immediate call for the expansion of the Abraham Accords. Only days after the Iran war was completed, the sign pictured in this article appear in Tel Aviv.

From a prophetic perspective, it appears we are watching the formation of the 10 kings and their nations (Daniel 7:7, 24; Revelation 17:12-14) that will join the Antichrist in forming the false peace covenant that will begin the Tribulation. If this is correct, we are rapidly moving toward the event that will begin the Tribulation Period. This simply means the Rapture of the true church is imminent!
